Bottom line: Circuit stayed reliable when we needed it most. During a week of heavy rain and a ferry cancellation it rerouted dozens of runs on the fly so drivers avoided long detours and kept near-original ETAs - the recalculations were fast and didn’t force a single mass call to dispatch. It didn’t crash or slow down even with all 100 trucks online during peak morning runs. Managing a 100-truck fleet across the Pacific Northwest for seven years has made me skeptical of routing apps, but Circuit’s live re-routing actually behaved like the vendors promised. What made me happiest was the drop in customer complaints about late arrivals; fewer frantic calls and clearer ETAs saved hours of admin work.
