I've used CoyoteGO for about three years. The thing that made me happiest was their live support - once our driver in Portland hit a mechanical snag and their rep stayed on the line for almost an hour, lining up a local pickup and coordinating a carrier-to-carrier handoff so the freight kept moving. That hands-on help turned what could have been a costly delay for our 85-truck operation into a quick reroute, and the follow-up email with notes and adjusted pay came faster than I expected. Chat and phone responses are prompt, and it's clear the folks answering know the Northwest lanes and aren't just reading from a script. Top marks from me - the platform works, but it's the human side that keeps me using it.
