Bottom line: CoyoteGO's mobile app is useful for grabbing loads fast, but it still trips me up too often. On the road in the Midwest I can book a decent load in under a minute and that quickness with three trucks keeps the wheels turning, yet the app freezes or shows old statuses enough that I end up calling a rep when I shouldn't have to. I stick with it because it covers the basics and pricing is usually clear, but the flaky map and spotty notifications make me wary for tight pickup windows.
