Bottom line: the live ETA tracking is awesome for customers but it's too flaky for tight windows. I've been an owner-operator in the Northeast for 7 years and I've had it tell a customer I'm 5 mins away then jump to 25 after a reroute - cuts down on calls but also makes you look late when it's wrong, kinda torn about it. Wish the ETA algos handled traffic and construction/winter slowdowns better, would bump this up a star.
