I've used CoyoteGO for three years. Last winter, when one of our trucks blew a turbo near Albany and the driver needed a quick reload to avoid deadhead, the platform's immediate available-load alerts saved the day. I liked that a spot load popped up with clear pickup instructions and a fair rate, so Mike could hop on it the same afternoon instead of waiting two days. The booking was fast - two taps and confirmation - and that instant-booking feature is what made me happiest because it turned a potential revenue loss into a pay run. My only gripe is that a few loads sometimes lack detailed pallet counts, which forces us to double-check with dispatch, but it has been reliable for keeping my 20-truck fleet moving.
