We were scrambling when a shipper shifted lanes mid-quarter; after seven years handling admin for a hundred trucks in the Pacific Northwest, I decided to try CoyoteGO. Getting started took less time than I expected - the verification flow is straightforward, and once our MC and insurance docs uploaded we could hit the instant-book on loads that matched our lanes. That instant-book button is what made me happy: no back-and-forth emails, just confirm and assign to a driver. The initial document upload choked once on a large PDF and needed a retry, but that only cost ten minutes. By the end of the first day we were already snapping up useful loads in-app, so it definitely shaved time off dispatch.
