I had two booked loads re-priced after acceptance and one pickup disappear because paperwork never uploaded, which burned deadhead miles and cost me a Saturday run. With three trucks on the road I don't have time for extra phone calls, so I ended up going back to the other app that actually holds its offers.
Batch booking is a lifesaver - lets me grab a handful of runs in seconds during a hectic dispatch window. That said, twice this month it either double-accepted or froze mid-booking and forced me to re-do confirmations and cancel contracts; after ten years dispatching and running 15 trucks across the Southwest I'm torn - love the speed, hate the headaches when it trips up.
Last Tuesday one of our newer drivers arrived early and couldn't find lane-specific loads, so I enrolled him in CoyoteGO while he waited. The account verification and insurance upload cleared inside an hour, which got him back on the road that afternoon - that quick turnaround is what impressed me most. Managing a 200-truck operation in the Southwest, I appreciate how fast onboarding can be; I rate it 4/5 because a couple of the advanced settings felt clunky.
