The rate comparison grid is both the platform's strongest and weakest point: it's fast to pull LTL and parcel quotes but often leaves out critical accessorial charges. I've been managing a 50-truck fleet for 18 years, so I rely on those line items to judge a lane - when a supposedly cheaper carrier adds liftgate and residential fees at settlement, it flips the whole decision. The UI makes side-by-side numbers easy to scan and booking is quick, which saved our dispatcher time, but that time savings sometimes turns into headaches at billing. There's also a weird quirk where some regional carriers don't show guaranteed delivery options in the search, forcing extra calls; small but maddening. So I'm torn: it really speeds up price-shopping, yet I find myself double-checking and calling carriers more than I expected, which undercuts the benefit.
