Bottom line: FreightClub TMS got a stranded LTL pallet moving in under 20 minutes and saved us a full-day delay. On a Friday night our scheduled carrier kicked back a refrigerated pallet and the receiver was already on a tight dock window; my dispatcher fired up FreightClub, compared a handful of LTL options, booked an available carrier with a temp-controlled trailer and pushed the BOL without leaving the platform. The single booking flow - rate compare, book, and send paperwork - is what really made me happy; no frantic calls, no emailing PDFs back and forth. We run 85 trucks across the Pacific Northwest, so avoiding that 24-hour slip saved two drivers’ overtime and kept a key retail customer off the phone. One gripe: the mobile interface lagged during the scramble, cost a few anxious minutes, but overall it did the job when it mattered.
