I've used FreightClub TMS for about nine months. The rate-comparison feature is the thing that grabbed me - quick LTL lookups, side-by-side pricing and the ability to toggle transit days makes initial shopping painless. Trouble is the previews frequently omit accessorials and some fuel surcharge calculations, so a “cheaper” quote once ballooned into a 15–20% surprise on the carrier invoice and we spent a week untangling it. I run a 75-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest and have eight years of hands-on freight management, so that kind of mismatch matters to margins and planning. Torn is the right word: it saves my team hours every week, but I still have to double- and triple-check the math before committing.
