Larissa Lemke's review of GetCircuit
Some days Circuit nails the routes and drivers are finishing runs early. With 18 years in this business running a 50-truck fleet across the Northeast, I appreciate how much time the optimized sequences can save. But when things get hectic - bad traffic or a flurry of same-day add-ons - the ETA updates lag or the app will crash on the driver screen, and that unpredictability becomes a real headache. Real-time progress is useful when it's working; broken at the wrong moment is expensive. So I'm torn: it pays for itself on steady days, but I can't stake critical, last-minute operations on it without a backup plan.
