I'm admin-staff with seven years in logistics and about a hundred trucks running the Pacific Northwest, so I’ve seen my share of clunky imports; this was honestly the cleanest on-ramp I've used. Support answered a chat question within minutes when a weird rate geography tripped up the lookup. Booking and tracking after that felt straightforward, and what could have been a week-long migration was done in two days.
