...and then it froze when I clicked confirm on an LTL pickup - no confirmation, no tender sent, just a spinning wheel. I'm an owner-operator with three trucks and 22 years on the road, so when the platform flakes like that we lose a pickup window and end up re-booking at a higher price while eating detention fees. Support was slow and fixing the mess took longer than the drive, so I won't be trusting this for anything time-sensitive.
