I've used GetCircuit for about 14 months. At first the monthly fees for 120 routes looked like a heavy line item, but the fuel and driver-hours we clawed back meant the service paid for itself in roughly four months. On our 120-truck fleet - and after 25 years in the business I don't hand out praise lightly - the one thing that really sold me was the ETA accuracy: fewer customer calls and less idle waiting at docks. It isn't perfect; route recalculation can lag when you throw in a dozen last-minute stops and that slow-down forced a couple of manual fixes. Still, given the quick ROI and noticeably quieter dispatch, it was worth the price for what we needed.
