I've managed a 150-truck fleet in the Northeast for 28 years, and switching to Circuit shook up our daily rhythm. We used to hand drivers static morning printouts from an old TMS and spent hours each week reordering stops by phone when traffic or last-minute windows popped up - Circuit’s live re-sequencing changed that. That real-time reroute feature is the single thing that made me happiest: when a highway backup appears the app reshuffles the day and gives new ETAs without me playing dispatcher. Late deliveries have dropped sharply and drivers stop calling in to ask where to go next, which is worth the switch alone. If your shop still runs on paper routes, Circuit feels like moving into the present.
