During heavy rain last Tuesday, Circuit rerouted half the day's loads onto a congested highway and three drivers missed their delivery windows. At times it recalculated efficiently and shaved hours off suburban runs, but intermittent ETA drift and occasional sync failures left teams scrambling when dependability mattered most. I manage a 60-truck fleet in the Southeast and after eleven years in the field I find Circuit useful as an aid, not a guarantee - it's fine for routine days, unreliable when disruptions spike.
