Bottom line: getting Uber Freight TMS up and running took less time than I expected and honestly felt low drama. What sold me was the carrier import wizard - it auto-matched SCACs, pulled in insurance documents, and auto-filled most of our carrier profiles so I didn't have to babysit three dozen spreadsheets. We run 75 trucks out of the Pacific Northwest, and the prebuilt EDI/API templates connected to our dispatch system with minimal back-and-forth; there was one odd mapping for trailer types but support fixed it that afternoon. Live loads were moving through the platform in under two weeks, which made the whole migration worth it.
