Brooklyn Fisher's review of Uber Freight TMS
I liked that Uber Freight TMS pulled a last-minute backhaul out of Seattle and saved me a bunch of empty miles. Problem is, after I dropped and uploaded the POD the system flagged my paperwork as 'missing' and held payment for three weeks - support eventually fixed it but not before I got dinged for a detention fee. I'm an owner-operator in the Pacific Northwest with two years on the road, and that mix of a handy marketplace with clunky payment/visibility quirks leaves me pretty torn.
