I've used Uber Freight TMS for three years. At first the subscription and per-load fees felt steep for a 20-truck outfit, but the platform’s live market rate comparisons and direct access to Uber’s capacity marketplace recovered that cost faster than I expected. One thing that made me genuinely happy was the side-by-side rate view - I routinely shaved about 8–10% off spot moves in winter when rates spike. Auto-payments and clean invoices cut our weekly billing time from a couple of days to a few hours, which translated into noticeable labor savings. Not cheap, but for our Northeast lanes with volatile demand it paid for itself within a year; I’m giving it 4 stars because there’s still room to trim fees.
