I've used it for about three years. One afternoon a driver called in sick an hour before a tricky hazmat pickup and the TMS matched us with an outside carrier from the Uber Freight marketplace in under twenty minutes, which stopped a looming detention charge and kept the customer calm. With our 50-truck fleet in the Southeast, that quick sourcing and the live ETA updates are what made me happiest - not perfect every time, but it bailed us out when it counted.

I've used Uber Freight TMS for about nine months. Thought the subscription would be another cost, but between faster carrier payments and finding loads that cut deadhead I actually came out ahead - the quick-pay feature getting fuel money in my hands faster is what sold me. If you care about pay speed more than bells and whistles, it was worth every dollar.
