After two decades managing a 40-truck fleet across the Midwest, I signed us up for Circuit to see if route software could shave hours off our days. At about $20 a truck per month it wasn't cheap, but the algorithm cut our daily drive time by roughly 12–15% on typical runs - which quickly offset the fee. The single-click reoptimize when a driver calls in sick is what really made me happy; it reordered stops and kept ETAs believable without me hand-editing routes. There are hiccups - occasional duplicated stops and a learning curve for dispatch - but the fuel and driver-hour payback made the subscription worth it for our operation. Expect a couple months before you see the return, but for my fleet the math worked and I’m giving it four stars.
