Seven years into managing operations for a 35-truck fleet in the Southwest, I've learned to spot features that actually move the needle. Shiptify's live ETA feed with geofence alerts was the standout - a single dashboard shows on-time status and triggers when trailers hit or leave terminals, which cut our phone tag and reduced billing disputes; the GPS does drift sometimes in rural canyons though. Tracking has improved dispatch reliabilty, but the ping rate in low-signal areas could be better.
