Jennie Crona's review of ShipERP
What sold me was the mobile app's offline scan-and-sync - it actually works when the network doesn't. With forty trucks scattered across corn country, dead zones are part of the job and this app lets drivers scan barcodes, shoot photos of damaged pallets and capture signatures without losing a thing. Everything queues up locally and blasts through as soon as they hit a tower, which cut down on follow-up calls from dispatch more than I expected. The interface is simple enough for a reluctant driver to use one-handed on a liftgate, so adoption wasn't a fight. Saved time and headaches - honestly the mobile side of ShipERP is the single feature that improved our on-time documentation the most.
