Adella Labadie's review of ShipERP
the rate comparison tool is a weird mix of brilliant and infuriating. It will flag a cheaper carrier and you think you're about to save a few hundred bucks. But for my 25-truck Midwest fleet, those "cheaper" rates sometimes ignore fuel surcharges or special accessorials, so a saved quote turns into an overpriced bill after booking. Integration with our ERP mostly passes orders through fine, but when rates update late the system doesn't reconcile the difference automatically and that gap is what keeps me on edge. So I use ShipERP for quick comparisons and the occasional win, but I double-check everything now - torn between cutting time and babysitting every shipment.
