Mae Kris's review of Fretron
I've used Fretron for two years. What kept me using it was the live-tracking and ETA recalcs - when GPS bounce or a sudden snow squall in the Northeast slowed everyone down, the platform adjusted ETAs and pushed alerts quickly enough that dispatch could reroute loads before drivers hit detention. With 150 trucks in our fleet, that single reliability point probably saved us tens of hours a month in idle time. It isn't flawless - the web dashboard can lag during peak upload windows and a couple of carrier integrations took extra nudging to stabilize - but actual outages were rare and support usually replied the same business day. Reliable where it counts: tracking, alerts, and ETA accuracy, so we kept it in our tech stack.
