Larissa Lemke's review of Fretron
What I liked most was the real-time ETA and carrier messaging that flagged a detour during a Nor'easter and let us reroute before the drivers were stuck. One Friday night I-95 shut down and the platform's map showed slipping ETAs and a disconnected carrier feed; I reassigned the nearest truck in-app, notified the receiver with the updated window, and the load arrived only a few hours late instead of overnighted. After 18 years managing a 50-truck fleet in the Northeast that kind of last-minute visibility is gold. My only gripe: onboarding a couple of our smaller local carriers required manual file imports and ate up a full day of admin while we got them reporting correctly. Still, that one real-time save paid for months of subscription - worth the setup hiccup in my book.
