Funny enough, I braced for a month-long migration, but getting the fleet into Fretron was way quicker. The bulk CSV import with live field mapping - where I could point our old columns at Fretron’s fields and validate a few rows - was the single feature that saved us hours and a ton of mistakes. After twenty years in logistics and running about 40 trucks, I’ve seen clunky rollouts; this felt deliberate and focused on the stuff we actually needed. We were routing and tracking within a week, and the drivers stopped juggling three different apps. Made my job easier.
