Half the time the mobile app actually saves my day - photo proof of delivery uploads instantly and drivers can record exceptions without calling dispatch. But then there are days when searching for a shipment takes forever, the list refreshes like it's stuck in molasses, and push alerts either spam or never show. Managing 75 trucks out of the Pacific Northwest for eight years has taught me to rely on good offline behavior; sadly the app's offline mode is hit-or-miss and we've had manifests fail to sync until someone hits Wi-Fi. I appreciate having carrier tracking and paperwork in one place because it cuts down on paperwork headaches, yet the interface is cluttered on smaller screens and random freezes are maddening. Three stars - useful for daily ops, just not something I can hand to drivers without giving them a heads-up.
