honestly, when we needed Freightview to confirm a last‑minute pickup it crashed and rate quotes vanished mid‑booking. On our 15‑truck fleet that turned a single late pickup into two missed loads and about $1,200 in detetion and reconsignment costs because carriers never received the tender - the notifcation never went out. Support was glacial and the UI made it painful to retry, so reliability - which is everything in trucking - felt absent; can't trust it for time‑sensitive moves until uptime is fixed.
