...we'd just been told a bridge closure was going to blow up our Friday pickup and within half an hour FreightWise showed exactly which driver was closest and which carrier could take the load. I run a 150-truck fleet and after 28 years in the Northeast you get cynical about every promise, but their live tracking map and the support rep who actually jumped on the phone got one of our loads rerouted with almost no detention time. The thing that made me happiest was the pinpoint GPS trace - I flagged the trailer, the system suggested an intercept point, and the carrier met us there; simple, loud relief. Not flawless, of course; the UI had a lag once, but that afternoon it saved us a customer relationship. I'll keep it in the roster because it solved a real problem when it mattered.
