The app still hiccups when uploading BOLs and sometimes gives a "recieving error" that needs a restart, but for status updates and quick communication it does the job.
Bottom line: it mostly works, but when it glitches it can cripple a day's moves. I dispatch 15 trucks across the Southwest and after ten years the TMS's intermittent sync failures and slow carrier status updates have cost us pickups - support responds but not always quickly enough to stop the domino effect.
