Paid for the annual plan and, honestly, the sticker shock faded quicker than I expected. After 25 years in the business and about 120 trucks on the books, I'm picky about spend - so the one thing that made me happy was the billing module. Being able to run one invoice cycle that reconciles carrier pay and customer billing cut down the accounting headaches way more than I thought it would. It didn't feel cheap, but when I stacked the price against the several subscriptions it replaced and the time saved chasing mistakes, the ROI showed up by month three. Four stars because a few workflow quirks still slow us down, but for the price it's worth it.
