Two weeks after go-live a nor'easter dumped snow and we had to reroute 14 loads in one night - the system pushed updated invoices and carrier notices while my dispatcher slept. The thing that sold me was the billing/settlement automation: it cut the time we spent reconciling payables and receivables, and that alone reduced our outside data-entry temp costs enough that the subscription paid for itself in about three months. After 18 years managing a 50-truck fleet in the Northeast, I can honestly say the price felt fair because we stopped paying for three separate tools and a patchwork of spreadsheets. It's not perfect - the built-in accounting is basic and we still export to our CPA software - but for what we needed most (faster billing, fewer errors) it was worth the spend. Overall pleased; saved money where it mattered.
