Last October, during a chaotic rainstorm, a shipper tried to short-pay us $3,500 claiming a late delivery - I still remember staring at the screen. BrokerWare's timestamped tracking and the uploaded proof-of-delivery photo cut through the noise; I pulled up the exact GPS check-ins and a signed POD in under two minutes and sent it to our billing contact. We've run about 75 trucks in the Pacific Northwest for eight years, so missing cash is personal, and that single feature saved us a lot of headache and a chunk of revenue. The rest of the system isn't flawless (the mobile UI can be slow at times), but because that document/tracking combo worked when it mattered, I'm giving it four out of five.
