Bottom line: getting started with Tai TMS was a real mixed bag - some things clicked quickly, other parts felt like pushing a boulder uphill. Their carrier/load-board integrations worked almost right away and my rep was helpful, but importing legacy lanes and building rate templates involved weeks of field-by-field mapping and cryptic errors; after 18 years in the business and running about 40 trucks, there’s a payoff once it’s set up, but don’t expect plug-and-play.
