Emory Rolfson's review of Rigbooks
When the snow shut down the passes last week, RigBooks didn't blink. I reassigned two late loads and the drivers' statuses updated across the board the second the signal returned - no double bookings, no frantic phone tree. After 16 years running 85 trucks in the PNW I've watched other systems freeze exactly when you need them, so that reliability matters more than slick extras. What made me happy was the offline edits feature: drivers could update paperwork in the cab and everything pushed cleanly when they hit service, saving us hours of catch-up. Solid uptime and instant sync when it matters - had us through a rough 48 hours with almost no drama.
