Moshe Frami's review of Rigbooks
Most days RigBooks does the job, but its reliability has me on edge. When it syncs properly the dispatch board is tidy and cuts down the paper shuffle, and the IFTA exports usually save time. Trouble is the sync hiccups - once on a hectic Monday the mobile app wouldn’t update statuses for three hours and a couple of owner-operators missed billing cutoffs; another time GPS points lagged so I couldn’t confirm a driver swap. We run 120 trucks out of the Midwest and after 25 years I’ve learned that timing matters, so those outages cost more than just annoyance. Support fixed the issues each time, but I’m torn: useful when steady, risky when things need to move fast.
