Nestor Stiedemann's review of Rigbooks
Managing ten trucks along the West Coast this past year has convinced me that dependable dispatch software can make or break a small fleet's day. RigBooks handled routine scheduling, billing and IFTA exports adequately, but it stumbled at critical moments - intermittent sync failures and slow GPS updates on peak mornings left drivers unassigned or paperwork incomplete when I needed it most. I'm torn because when the platform was stable it cut down on admin work, yet those reliability lapses forced me to keep parallel spreadsheets and extra phone check-ins, which undermines the point of using it.
