Managing a 25-truck fleet in the Midwest, I gave ITS Dispatch a go when our old process became chaotic. Setting up took longer than I expected - the core dispatch screens are straightforward, but getting our rate tables and customer billing terms imported was a pain and required manual cleanup. Support replies were friendly but slow, and the tutorials gloss over quirks that showed up once we started entering real runs. Rolling it out to drivers was hit-or-miss; a few picked it up fast, others kept calling because the mobile interface hides important fields. I like that it covers the basics without clutter, but the early headaches cost time we couldn’t spare - useful if you have patience to tweak the setup, frustrating if you expect plug-and-play.
