Reliable most days, but it has a way of failing exactly when you need it most. We run 20 trucks in the Northeast and during high-volume Monday mornings the load board has frozen or pushed duplicate dispatches more than once, costing time and a lot of extra phone calls. Support usually responds and gets things back in a couple hours - which beats being stuck - but that gap is costly when lanes are tight. The core dispatch and billing screens are straightforward and handle routine settlements without fuss, so when it’s working it actually cleans up the week. I’m torn: it fits our scale and budget and gets the job done most of the time, but expect occasional outages and be ready to improvise.
