The built-in CSV import let us migrate loads, drivers and trucks into ITS Dispatch in a single afternoon, which was the main thing that sold me on the platform. After eleven years managing a 60-truck operation in the Southeast, shaving days off data entry and avoiding the usual setup headaches made a real difference. Their onboarding rep also stayed on calls to tweak our billing templates and route settings, and within two weeks dispatchers were running trips and billing without constant hand-holding.
