We had been running a patchwork of Excel files and a decade-old dispatch board, which meant double entry and late payments - ITS Dispatch trimmed that down and made accounting far less of a constant headache. After thirty years in the business managing roughly 200 trucks across the Southwest, I value that pragmatic improvement. The trip-planning interface could use refinement for complex multi-stop loads, but for day-to-day dispatch and faster settlements it is a clear step up from what we used before.
