The price - clear, per-truck pricing with no surprise add-ons - is the main reason we switched and I'm glad we did. We were paying custom enterprise fees before; moving 75 trucks over to ITS Dispatch cut our monthly software bill roughly in half and that freed up cash for better tires and a couple extra drivers. Predictable billing made budgeting for a Pacific Northwest fleet a lot less painful; fewer surprise invoices means fewer emergency meetings. The software itself does what we need from dispatch through settlement without fluff, and at this price it paid for itself in about three months. After eight years running trucks, cost is king for me, and ITS Dispatch actually makes the numbers work.
