Bottom line: ITS Dispatch's mobile app gets drivers to update loads fast, and that single improvement cut our dispatch lag in half. The interface is delightfully simple - big, clear buttons and one-tap status changes mean drivers actually keep statuses current instead of calling in from the road. After 25 years in trucking and managing 120 trucks in the Midwest, I didn't expect a phone app to move the needle this much, but fewer late updates and quicker proof-of-delivery uploads speak for themselves. Faster statuses have sped billing and knocked hours off my admin time; a small change with a noticeable cashflow impact.
