Maye Bechtelar's review of ITS Dispatch
The week before Thanksgivng the app froze right when I was reassigning a load - dispatcher couldn't see the change and the shipper cancelled, cost me nearly a grand. I'm an owner-operator in the Northeast with seven years under my belt, and usually I like how light-weight ITS Dispatch is, quick to open on my tablet, tho the invoiceing screen gets finicky and trip edits sometimes disappear. Support took a couple days to sort it out, so I'm torn: it saves me time most weeks but when it breaks it's a real pain and expensive.
