Bottom line: the live update propagation between dispatch and billing is the one feature that actually cut my admin hours in half. When a load is moved in dispatch the invoicing, driver pay and fuel reports update instantly so we stopped doing the same reconcilliation work twice - saved me a couple late nights. With 35 trucks across the Southwest the system did hiccup once during peak week and support responed slowish, but the time savings from that single feature keep it in regular use.
