Managing ten trucks along the West Coast for the past year, I relied on TruckingOffice for dispatch and invoicing. When the web interface went down twice during our busiest billing week and automated invoices either failed to send or duplicated, it produced late payments, extra admin hours, and a missed load - costing us several hundred dollars and a lot of stress. The idea is solid, but until uptime and invoice-sending are consistently reliable I can’t trust this for core operations.
