After 28 years managing a 150-truck fleet across the Northeast, I expected a mobile app to make our day-to-day smoother; instead TruckingOffice's app has been the choke point. GPS and status updates frequently lag or fail to sync, and the app crashes when drivers try to attach POD photos, so dispatchers end up calling the road constantly to confirm loads. Those failures turned into nearly three weeks of delayed billing and about $11,500 in unpaid invoices last quarter while we tracked deliveries manually. The UI is clumsy - important actions buried in menus and no reliable offline save for forms - so drivers on long routes with poor coverage either give up or duplicate entries. Test it aggressively before rolling it out; until stability and offline behavior are fixed I won't send this app to new drivers.
