I've used TruckingOffice for about three years. The automated invoicing stood out most - once a load is marked delivered and the POD is attached, the system generates and emails invoices on our terms without me babysitting them. That cut our cash conversion time significantly; managing forty trucks, that one feature probably recovered tens of thousands in float compared to the old manual chase. It's not perfect - the invoice template editor is clunky and I wish it allowed conditional fields for certain brokers - but the time savings still outweigh the annoyances. My billing team finally has time to fix real problems instead of re-sending PDFs.
