Managing 20 trucks in the Northeast for the past three years, I brought TruckingOffice onboard hoping to clean up dispatch and billing. The signup and creating basic loads was quick enough - drivers were taking jobs the same day - and the interface for adding trips is straightforward. Where it fell down for me was importing historical data: CSV imports were picky, account mapping to our QuickBooks chart made a mess of categories, and I spent more time de-duping records than I cared to. Support helped patch most issues but responses were uneven, which left me juggling fixes between days. Handy once it's running, but getting to that point demanded more patience than I expected.
